Hey guys,

I am looking for an attorney in Pensacola Florida, i want someone on my team that know real estate inside and out, I need to start out setting up an LLC, and then would use their services further for contracts and partnerships.

Any suggestions on questions to ask or guidelines to go by in selecting a competent real estate attorney?
