Reusing LLC Formation Documents

Has anybody out there reused LLC documents prepared by a lawyer to file a new LLC?

Not sure if this is legal (copyright?) or ethical... That being said, I paid high dollar for a lawyer to enter my information into a software package and tweak the resulting documents. Since the new LLC will likely be nearly identical, is there a reason I can't edit these documents to reflect the new LLC and only pay for the actual filing / formation fees?

All thoughts and opinions welcomed!
