Angel Investors

An “Angel” is a private lender who doesn’t know it yet  .These individuals have money in low-interest bearing accounts, but prefer higher returns.  Unlike hard money lenders, angels may offer attractive terms on little more than a handshake.  Prepare a detailed investment proposal, then find an angel by advertising, networking at investment clubs, or sending a personal appeal to folks in wealthy neighborhoods.  Open your eyes, wealthy people are everywhere.
