Does anyone in BP-land have a functional one page Purchase Agreement and Assignment Agreement contract customized for NJ? If so, can you please send me a copy of each.

It is a horrible idea to get standardized forms from online sources when dealing with significant value transactions. The primary reason is that no one standard form can adequately protect the interest of a person in a given case. It is advised that you develop your own form for use in your business through consultation with a licensed attorney in your state.
