Emotional Support Animals

Does anyone have a good form letter to reply to requests such as this-

"I have one small emotional support dog (under 20 pnds) who is hypoallergenic. Would you consider this? If so I would like to schedule a viewing."

My ad states no pets, but, of course I would consider her since I'm legally required to. My response was:

"Persons applying to rent with an emotional support animal will not be denied based on the support animal. All adult applicants must meet all the minimum rental criteria to be accepted as a tenant. Attached are the minimum requirements. "

For the future, my concern is that I might accidentally write or say something on the phone that would be considered as discriminatory and having a script that has been vetted in CA would be reassuring.
