Do I need a CPA?

Hi Everyone,

I bought my personal residence this year, rented my property on airbnb and finished a flip as well. The flip just hit the market recently but it's not sold yet. I spent about 60,000 on the rehab. Should I be getting a CPA for my tax returns?

If you're thoroughly knowledgeable in all tax aspects of all the scenarios you just laid out, then I'd say you don't need a CPA.  If you're not sure or you're confused on any section of it, then you should either engage with a knowledgeable CPA or decide if you've got the time and inclination to thoroughly learn about the areas you are shaky on.

Good luck!
