Hello, I am a newbie in real estate investment world and trying to take my first small step. 

I am looking for a real estate investment attorney, who can help us in setting up an "LLC" or "series LLC". We are bunch of friends, who would be putting money and taking loan together and then buying properties and then transferring on the name of LLC. So for this we need attorney help and also someone who can help in taxation matter. If any of you have a good experience with someone who is reliable/affordable/well-disposed in Bayarea, California.
