Solo401K and Day Job 401k

I have just found out about a Solo401K. I have a small company on the side. I am a sole-proprietor but I still have a day job. Is it possible to fund a solo401k from my day job 401k and still keep the day job 401k? Hope thats not too confusing!  Thanks for any insights.
