Looking for Recommendations on Cincinnati Real Estate Attorney

Hello BiggerPockets Team,

I am looking for assistance on recommendations on Real Estate Attorneys in the Cincinnati area. I need assistance with the following:

1. Actually establishing my new LLC and paperwork necessary. I know I could do a general site to establish LLC but I may just have an attorney do so.

2. Forming a legal contract for private money utlization. I am planning on utlizing private money and need a formal contract and necessary steps to ensure I am abiding by all rules, laws, and regulations as I know the SEC can be strict on this.
