Hello all, I'm a small investor who is looking to expand in the next year. I currently have a duplex, but I'm looking to expand soon. I have also my 9 to 5 and I'm looking to reduce my tax impact. Would it be recommended for me to create an entity? Any advice is greatly appreciated.

Replied

You might want to consult with an attorney regarding how various entities could protect your assets.
