Changing parcel address
I'm looking to change the address of a MHP. The current address for the park is also the address for a SFH in the park that will be rented out. So I don't want the business address to be the same as a tenant.
Is there anything to consider from deed, mortgage etc perspective? Or because I'm not changing the legal description, I don't have to worry about anything?
Anyone with experience have feedback?
