Would someone recommend a lawyer with a proven record and a system in place to quite a title for delinquent tax sold properties in Alabama? I have talked to a few and they are guessing. I don't need that.

the bar association of many states has a referral system which is frequently a good place to start. Alabama has several legal help associations, all of which can be found here
