I recommend you look at Eric Little, a CPA in Charlotte.  He has spoken at the Hobby Millionaire meeting a few months ago.  Most important - he understands real estate as he is a real estate investor himself.  He saved me thousands in taxes with his recommendations.  If you contact him please tell him I referred you.
