Selling my home to my own LLC, then renting it out

Hi

I lived in this condo for five years before moving out about one year ago, and then rented it out to a tenant. I do not want to sell the unit.

How can I preserve the tax free treatment of capital gains during those five years? Can I sell to my own LLC for the new market value, thereby holding within the LLC at a higher cost basis?

Thank you.
