Sign sellers disclosures in LLC name or personal name?

I am trying to get my first flip property on the market tomorrow. My agent sent me everything in docusign which automatically defaults the signatures to my personal name. I have an LLC setup and that is actually in the listing agreement as the seller. The question is, shouldn't the disclosures be signed as my name then on behalf of my LLC, as member/manager? The agent claims that investors don't sign with their LLC's at all, just their personal name. Can an investor please let me know how they sign the property disclosures and lead based paint disclosure. I am certainly not trying to hide anything but certainly don't want to put myself at risk either!

Thanks, Tiffany
