I am looking for a CPA that specializes in real estate investor taxes. Last year I only had 1 flip but this year already I have bought a rental property and will do at least 2 flips and get another rental. I am looking at 4 per year minimum. I do know a lot about the tax laws but need a great tax advisor on my side. Need someone that can charge me a minimum amount this year in order to benefit in future years as I grow my business. Randy Hoffman I use Diana Reed in Hershey. This is my first year with her but she came highly recommended by a seasoned investor in the area and definitely knows her stuff. Be forewarned that it will not be cheap! But I think she will be a good long term advisor.
