Looking for accountant

I live in the Seattle are and have a handful of rentals in Kansas City, MO.  I am looking for an accountant experienced in rentals.  Bonus if it's someone local in the Seattle area but I'm open to working with someone remote.

You definitely need someone qualified, does not have to be a CPA, could be an Enrolled Agent or an attorney. Just make sure they specialize in tax and have significant experience dealing with real estate investors.
