Hello BP, I currently live in Florida and have 1 rental property. I joined BP about 1 1/2 months ago and just signed a contract to close on a sfh in Houston, TX pretty excited about that. Now I'm looking at a couple of opportunities in Chicago and Cleveland. In TX and FL we have no local/state income tax. Can anyone share what the tax rates on income if any in those two north central cities. I assume since I would be making money there I would have to pay local taxes. Any info would help so I can analyze the properties correctly. Thank you.
