LLC in Ohio and Tennessee

I'm going to be buying property in Tennessee and Ohio soon. I'd like to create an LLC for each state to hold that states properties and then eventually some other entity to hold both together. Does anyone have recommendations for a good attorney or advice on whether or not I should proceed with this? Any and all advice is appreciative.
