Girlfriend Tax Strategy

Hello Community.  I currently am living with my girlfriend in a home I just bought.  She currently makes half of the payments.  I am just wondering if there would be any tax advantages to claiming to the IRS that she is actually a tenant and pays rent?  Thank You!
