Hi BP Forum!  I'm looking for an awesome real estate accountant that is licensed in Washington State and Oregon.  I did a quick search on the Forum and came up with several names and I don't know where to start.  I'm looking for someone who 'gets it' and will help me navigate my tax burden.  If you have a great accountant, I'd love to hear from you.  Thanks!
