Sale for county taxes price.
Hello everyone,
Looking to make my first purchase and the owner is selling the home As Is for 23,000$ (the price they are being taxed on) the home doesn’t seem nearly worth that much as I may have to demo it. The tax assessor says the land is worth 5,000$.
I was thinking of maybe getting the property appraised and making my offer based off of those findings to try and justify a lower offer. Any info would help and thanks in advance.
