Attorney Fee for cash closing
I am buying my first investment property in GA with a Cash offer of $65000.00 and My Closing attorney is charging me these fees. should I ask for anything else? such as title insurance or so on?
Recording Fee: $35
Settlement Agent Fee: $400
Title & Tax Search : $200
Transfer Tax: 10 cents per every $100 of the purchase price
Owner`s Title Policy: Premium is based on purchase price
