Seeking Advice on Multifamily Buyer Broker Contract
I am contemplating to work with a buyer brokerage on finding and negotiating off-market multifamily real estate properties and I need advise on the terms in the agreement: does anybody have experience with an “open right to represent” agreement? What does that mean compared to an exclusive? Any red flags I should watch out for?
