Property in personal name can it be moved to IRA?

Hi,

I purchased 2 properties last year in my personal name with no mortgage. Can these be now moved to a self directed IRA/401k?

Absolutely not.

You are a disqualified party to your IRA and may not create any direct or indirect transactions between yourself and the IRA.
