Tax Increases for Non-Owner Occupied Properties?

I am wondering if anyone knows how much the property taxes will go up on my single-family investment properties when Shelby County and Jefferson County Alabama when the counties and state realize the properties are not owner-occupied anymore? Does anyone know what kind of a tax increase I can expect, or is there a resource where I can find this information? My investment properties are in Gardendale and Adamsville, AL.

This should be simple to look up with the county they will list all applicable taxes and all applicable exemptions along with their amounts.  Usually they take about 10% off of the assessed value for owner occupants, so you might have to do a bit of math to figure it out.
