RE attorney trouble

Hey BP, I’m taking my next step or at least I’m trying to but I’m running into a problem because I have a property that cash flowing positive etc and I’m looking to refinance it and pull out some equity for my next deal. Only thing is the property is in my parents name so I need to either add name mine to the deed or just put it in my name only no biggie right. Jokes, every real estate attorney I contacted so far either doesn’t call back for whatever reason (even after multiple attempts to get in touch) or is uninterested in doing it. So does anyone in Gainesville,Florida or near the area have a good real estate attorney they would like to share?? It’d be much appreciated.
