Seeking Texas attorney for seller financing contract for deed
Howdy,
I am working on selling my primary residence and I have an interested buyer who I could seller finance to. I would have to wrap the financing around a VA loan that I have. Any recommendations for Texas Attorneys who could help draw the contract and help figure out the best way to go about doing this?
