What contract to use for wholesaling?
So I'm going to ask this question because I keep getting different answers, when executing a wholesale deal in Massachusetts what contract is acceptable? can I use a one-page purchase and sales agreement or do you have to use the standard real estate agent long-form purchase and sales agreement?
