401 K pension - employee leasing

I will be working for our family business partnership and am trying to figure out how to set up my pension plan.

As I will be the only employee of the partnership, I saw that the cost for make a 401k are very high where the costs for a solo 401k are much less. I would rather open a 401k because I believe that there is less of a limit on the amount one is allowed to contribute.

Im trying to find a way around this - maybe employee leasing? Any thoughts on this?

Thanks
