Hi all.

I’m under contract for the purchase of a 6 unit apartment.

I want to add a partner to it since he’s getting the financing.

There are no realtors involved. I’ve been working directly with the seller.

How do I go about adding my partner’s name to the contract?

Thanks,

Ben

@Ben Gabin

The form you are looking for is called ‘Addendum to Contract’. Make sure all parties agree with what you’re trying to do. Even the lawyers or title companies.
