Breach of Contract with Seller

Hey BP,

Has anyone had to sue a seller for breaching a contract? I was under contract with a seller and he turned around sold the home to someone else. I found out online. He never told me. I literally talk to him on the phone a day after the home was sold and he told me we were moving forward and he would call the title company to give them the requested information. I think I’m going to sue.
