I’m looking to buy a property from a 91 year old man, who I have developed a relationship with, he is willing to do a seller financing term for 5 years with me and after 3-5 years buy it out right... but what if he passes away, how do I protect my purchase?
Does anyone have a Bahamian contact or you someone who does work in Bahamas?
