Depreciating Airstreams & Vintage Trailers

Hi BP Nation, we are planning on purchasing 5 or 6 vintage trailers & Airstreams to place on property we already own.  We will renovate each trailer and rent each trailer as individual vacation (Airbnb) rentals.  My question is, can I depreciate each trailer & Airstream as I would a regular home or mobile home which is a 'rental property'?   It seems logical they would have a life of 27.5 years with accelerated depreciation on fixtures etc and bonus depreciation on whatever we spend fixing them up.  Any tax or cost segregation pros out there who can weigh in?  Thanks!

@StevieAnn Nance Trailers and Airstreams that have the wheels removed and are clearly not movable and are treated as rental properties, they are structures and could be treated as 27.5 year depreciation life according to GDS.

However, if they are truly mobile, they may be treated as cars and truck that depreciate over 5 years.

Here is a link to the IRS article that describes the life of each asset under MACRS.

This should not be treated as tax advice, and you should consult with your accountant.
