We are in the process of setting up a living trust, but we are not sure what are the important documents we should include in our trust to protect our kids and our investments?

Thanks in advance for your responses?

You really need to talk to your attorney. Have you considered tax implications?

I have seen individuals paying 10x to correct their own work when they need professional help.
