Signing Documents Question - LLC owning other LLC

Hi,

This is a dumb question with probably a simple answer but I'll ask it anyway!

Let's say I set up an LLC called ABLE. This LLC will not have any real estate in it but will hold other LLC's that own real estate (ABLE LLC will 100% own LLC1, LLC2, etc).

I'm setting it up this way because it will be easier to have my brother enter as a partner next year (I can just do the paperwork for ABLE LLC).

I'm just wondering with this setup what would be the proper way to sign the lease agreements with tenants. For instance if they wanted to rent LLC1, would it be signed as "MYNAME, President, ABLE LLC"?

Or would it just be much simpler to have myself own each LLC directly without the additional LLC layer?

Thanks
