Hoping someone can help clarify a few questions I have regarding Florida Sheriff Sales.
When a property is auctioned off at a Sheriff Sale, does any pre-existing mortgages follow the property and the new owner is responsible?? I am sure any unpaid property taxes and HOA dues follow the property.
Will the property taxes be based on the new sale price sold at auction?
