Puerto Rico- inheritance laws and forced heirship

I am looking to purchase a rental in Puerto Rico with another investor. I am concerned with the Puerto Rican Inheritance laws and how that could affect the purchase or long term disposition of the property if anything were to happen to one of the investors. 

anyone here have any experience in this area?
