Family trust - Should I have the word “the” in the name?
Hi all
I’m in the process of creating a family trust. I am curious if I should have the word “the” in the name of the trust. For example the name of trust will read “The Anthony Family Trust”. The only issue I see is the documents will repeat the word “the” in declarations.
For example it currently reads “trust shall be named the “The Anthony family trust”.
Is this a problem? Am I better off leaving “the” out of the name?
