Looking for Tax and Legal recommendations
I'm starting a partnership to do some out of state buy and hold investing (mostly in the midwest). I'm in California and my partner is in Maryland. Looking for any recommendations for a good real estate attorney and a tax person that can guide us in setting things up. Thanks in advance.
