Any experience with Millennium Trust Co?

I just got a reliable recommendation (from Schwab broker) to use Millennium Trust, mtrustcompany.com, as the custodian for a self-directed IRA, and saw them on the list in this forum. Does anyone have experience with this company?

My plan is to roll over an existing Roth, so I can start using its funds for REI and doing private money deals. Thanks in advance!
