Hello,

I’m just getting started in wholesaling and I would like to know if anyone has any tips on where to begin looking for creating my first assignment contract. I have recommended attorneys in place who will look over what I have, but where do I begin? I have also looked up information on things to consider and include in these assignment contracts. Which contracts should I begin with, is there a recommended site that you used for this or...? Any and all advice will be greatly appreciated.
