See the following link for more info. Appears to be a $60 annual per unit fee for rentals in the city limits.

Just wait to see how they roll out their every unit inspection plan that comes along with it. In my opinion this is a major ploy to find illegal units and increase property taxes. Gotta feed the machine somehow.
