self directing IRA Fees

I was looking to self direct a Roth IRA, roughly 20k. After looking at some SD IRA fees (from directedira.com), I was concerned that I would be paying more in fees, pushing my return down to almost nothing if making 10% on an investment.

Who are you using for SD IRAs and are paying these fees worth it?

directedira.com link I was using as a reference https://directedira.com/wp-con...

One way to avoid transaction fees is to use IRA owned LLC (aka Checkbook IRA). It cost more upfront to set up but over the long term you will end up saving because there are no transaction or asset based fees, just pay a flat annual fee to keep your IRA open and do as many transactions as you would like, because all transactions are taking place inside of an LLC which your IRA owns.
