Title Search Attorney

Hello BP community,

I am at the point where I am ready to purchase properties from the property foreclosure auctions in cook county. I am having difficulty finding an attorney who can help with title searches. I would like to buy something with a clean title and not be caught with any surprises. Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you in advance!

Illinois uses title companies and not attorneys for closings so you'll need to build a relationship with a tittle company. make sure it's one you trust - if they've got a better relationship with someone else, they'll pass along their great finds to them.  good luck
