‘Subject To’ Transactions in Connecticut

Hi CT investors and attorneys,

Does anyone know an attorney in our state who understands “subject to” transactions? I’ve been calling around the state and it’s like looking for a needle in a haystack.

Thanks,

Andrew

I'm currently going through the same thing, and I was just told by multiple investors that Larry Garfinkel is the man for the job. I was just told this over the past couple of days, so I haven't had the chance to talk to him yet, but I'll be giving him a call soon.

I'll call this guy on Monday. If he's legit, I will owe you forever. Thanks.
