I’m going to shop for a lawyer who can answer entity questions, help me make an offer on a property, and advise on tenants (what to do tao protect myself). Looking for a great teammate!

How much is a good lawyer going to run typically?

I live in Boulder, CO, although I guess a lawyer doesnt have to be located in my state. Any referrals out there - I’m just starting - I have two rentals and looking to add a third.
