Need a Pennsylvania RE Lawyer for PenDoT contract review

PenDoT has reached out to acquire a sliver of our land and lease another portion to fix a bridged road way... yet it’s seems more like a notice that they are just taking it. It would block the entrance to our property for approximately 2-3 years. Looking for a Pennsylvania RE lawyer for some sound advise and review the contract.
