When creating an LLC for your real estate investment company - if your are looking to invest in property in GA and your home is FL. Should the LLC be created under GA laws or your current residence state?

@Jeremy Ramey

it is normally suggested to create the LLC in the state it will do business in.

You should consult with an attorney to help understand how an LLC will best protect you.
