Seeking someone who knows laws and in/outs well.  The CPA who helped me with the planning had far more knowledge than others I had interviewed.  I still have his worksheet that delineates how he calcultates taxable boot, so there's that to work with.  I sold property in 2019 and am in process of closing now.  Thanks for reaching out.

There are a number of CPAs on here. You may want to move quickly on hiring someone. It is mid February and we are slowly getting bogged down.
